EvalX is a survey system add-on, an interface that allows you to take any link, turn it into a charity campaign, and improve participation in your survey in the process.

App allows you to configure the survey in many ways including the visuals and structurally. Making 'builders' is always an especially difficult design and development task. Additionally, design team had to keep in mind that some functionality will be blocked, because different pricing plans require different features. As you can see, all of the tasks were completed, so all features are easy to pick up and use, and the visuals are simple and elegant. Making it easy to create a complex survey that will help to fund any important cause.
